Shipping & returns

Shipping

We deliver within Germany. Shipping costs €6.90 per order and is free on orders of €120 or more.

Delivery takes approx. 7–14 working days. Every garment is made only once you order it, which takes a few days longer. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You do not pay more shipping for that.

Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown during checkout. Payments are processed via Stripe.

Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The easiest way is "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page; an email to info@lescannasseurs.de works just as well.

After that, please send the goods within 14 days to:

You bear the cost of returning the goods. As soon as the goods have reached us or you have shown us proof of the return shipment, we refund the purchase price using the payment method you paid with. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the original shipping costs. All details are set out in the withdrawal information.
